Please read the Terms of our Service Delivery Policy carefully. They will guide the agreement, or contract, between us.

At Wingding Event Styling, we are committed to delivering exceptional event styling services with professionalism, creativity, and reliability. This Service Delivery Policy explains how we plan and carry out each project. Our goal is to create a smooth and memorable experience for our clients.

1. Scope of Services

Wingding Event Styling provides a full range of event styling services, including but not limited to:

• Wedding styling (ROM, banquet, solemnisation, etc.)

• Birthday party and celebration decoration

• Marriage proposal decoration

• Corporate event styling

• Thematic event decor and backdrop design

• Seasonal and festive decorations

Our services include concept design, floral decorations, venue styling, setup, and teardown. These services are agreed upon in the client quote or contract.

2. Booking Confirmation

• Services are confirmed only upon receipt of a full amount payment.

• The event date and time are secured exclusively for your booking once full payment is complete.

• Any changes to the confirmed details, like the theme, venue, or timing, must be in writing. These changes may also lead to extra charges.

3. Pre-Event Planning & Communication

• Our team will work closely with you throughout the planning process to understand your theme, preferences, and expectations.

• We may share a styling plan or idea for your review before the event. This is for customized decoration, unless it is a standard package from the Wingding website.

• Final styling decisions (e.g., color palette, flower types, decor items) are subject to availability and seasonal factors. Substitutions may occur, but we will always strive to maintain the agreed design intent and quality.

4. Delivery Timeline & On-Site Setup

• Our team will arrive at the venue to set up according to the agreed schedule. The decoration duration depends on how big and complex the decoration is.

• Clients or their venue representatives must ensure venue access is available at the scheduled setup time. Any delay in venue access may affect the completion timeline.

• All styling installations will be completed before the event starts. This is true unless there are unexpected access or venue issues that we cannot control.

5. Quality Standards

• All decorations are prepared and installed by professional event stylists to meet Wingding’s quality standards.

• We use high-quality materials, including fresh flowers (when applicable), premium decorative elements, and professional-grade equipment.

• Final styling may look a bit different from the reference images. This can happen because of venue conditions, lighting, flower availability, or logistical issues. However, we will keep the overall look and agreed styling direction.

6. Teardown & Collection

• Our team will go back to the venue to take down and collect all rental and reusable decor items after the event if needed. This usually happens on the same day or as scheduled.

• Clients must ensure venue access for teardown is available at the agreed time. Additional charges may apply for delayed or unscheduled teardown times.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (venue, timing, theme, etc.) at least 14 days prior to the event.

• Ensuring venue access for setup and teardown as scheduled.

• Obtaining necessary permissions from the venue for installation of decorations, backdrop structures, floral arrangements, or lighting equipment.

• Providing a point of contact available on-site during setup and teardown.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

We do our best to deliver our services on time and as planned. Wingding Event Styling is not responsible for delays or changes. These issues can happen due to things we cannot control. Examples include severe weather, venue rules, accidents, or other major events. In such cases, we will work closely with you to implement the best possible solution to minimize any disruption.

9. Acceptance of Services

By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge and accept this Service Delivery Policy. This policy ensures that both parties have clear expectations and that we can deliver your event styling smoothly, professionally, and with the highest level of care.
