At Wingding Event Styling, we commit to providing a transparent, reliable, and seamless booking experience. To ensure smooth coordination, guaranteed availability, and timely preparation for your event, please review our Payment Policy below before confirming your booking.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
PAYNOW – Our preferred method of payment.
Credit Card Payment – Available upon request and subject to a 5% administrative charge.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us to request a secure Paypal payment link via email.
2. Full Payment Requirement for Booking Confirmation
We don’t accept deposit.
Once payment is received, Wingding Event Styling will guarantee the reserved date and time slot for your event.
We are unable to reserve your event date or begin any styling preparations without receiving full payment.
3. Payment Due Date & Slot Availability
You will require to make full payment within the validity period.
Failing of payment within the validity period, Wingding Event Styling reserves the right to offer the date and time slot to other customers without prior notice.
In such cases, customer will require to check a new availability if you wish to proceed with a booking.
4. Administrative Fees for Credit Card Payments
5% administrative fee applies to all credit card transactions to cover third-party processing costs.
This fee is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation (please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details).
5. Confirmation & Receipt
We will issue a payment receipt once we have received and verified the payment, the receipt is a confirmation of booking.
Keep your receipt as proof of payment.
6. Changes to Payment Policy
Wingding Event Styling reserves the right to amend or update this payment policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings and will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
7. Important Reminder
We cannot confirm and secure your booking until receiving full payment. We highly recommend making payment promptly to secure your preferred time slot and styling service.
