Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wingding Event Styling, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. When you use our services, our team spends a lot of time and effort to plan and prepare for your event. Once your booking is confirmed, we hold the date and time just for you. This means we often turn away other bookings for that same time.

To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below:

1. Cancellation Made More Than 1 Month Before Event Date

• If you choose to cancel more than 30 calendar days before your scheduled event date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• This partial refund reflects the time and resources already allocated for consultation, design planning, and blocking the event date and time exclusively for your event.

2. Cancellation Made Less Than 1 Month but More Than 2 Weeks Before Event Date

• If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 calendar days before the event date, you will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount paid.

• This reduced refund accounts for the advanced preparation work already completed, materials potentially purchased, and the limited opportunity to rebook the date for another event.

3. Cancellation Made Less Than 2 Weeks Before Event Date

• Strictly no refund will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event date.

• At this point, most design and planning work is done. Your event styling is now more important than other bookings.

4. Rescheduling Requests

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original event date.

• If rescheduling is possible, an administrative fee (typically 10–20% of the original booking amount) may apply to cover planning adjustments.

• If rescheduling is not feasible, the standard cancellation terms above will apply.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemic-related regulations), we will work with you to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. Refunds in such situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Agreement to Terms

By confirming your booking and paying, you agree that you have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
